Visiting this website
- The site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. Everything on it is served from this domain.
- It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, in your browser’s own storage. That choice never leaves your device.
- The site is delivered through Cloudflare and our web server, which receive your IP address and the pages you request. We use those records only to run the site and protect it from attacks.
Contacting us
The enquiry form on the contact page writes your message into WhatsApp or your email app, in your browser; the site itself stores nothing. We receive what you send — usually your name, company, email, phone and message — and use it to reply to you.
Buying a plan
Payment happens on Stripe’s page, where you give your email, business name, phone and card details. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see the full card number. Stripe passes us your email, business name, phone and billing details, which we use to set up your plan, bill you, send you the email to set your password, and contact you about your plan. These are required: without them a plan cannot be bought. Everything else you tell us is voluntary.
Data inside a zynAIR system
The data you and your staff put into your zynAIR system — customers, suppliers, employees, invoices — is yours. For any personal data in it, your business is the data controller and we are its data processor: we process it on your behalf, to host, back up, update and support the system, and when you ask us to. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it. If you send e-Invoices to LHDN through MyInvois, your system sends that invoice data on your instruction.
If you are a customer or employee of a business that uses zynAIR, ask that business about your data first. We help it answer.
Remote IT Support
Support requests and our replies are kept in WhatsApp, as the record of what was asked, what was done and how many hours it used. During a remote session we can see what is on the screen of the computer we connect to, and we use that access only for the request you made.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payments and billing.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us.
- The hosting provider whose servers run this website and the zynAIR systems, and the provider that carries our email.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data. Stripe, Cloudflare and WhatsApp operate internationally, so some of this data is processed outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
- Billing records: as long as Malaysian tax and company law requires us to keep accounting records.
- A zynAIR system: while the plan is active, then 30 days, then deleted — see the refund and cancellation policy.
- Enquiries and support messages: for as long as they are useful for dealing with you, and deleted when you ask, unless we have to keep them by law.
How we protect it
Access to customer systems and data is limited to the people doing the work. Systems are kept updated and backed up daily. If a breach of personal data is likely to cause significant harm, we notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and the people affected, as the Act requires.
What you can ask of us
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- That we stop processing your data where you withdraw your consent — though we may then be unable to provide a plan.
- Your data sent to you or to another organisation, where that is technically feasible.
Ask by WhatsApp +6013-2899100 or email enquiry@zynteiro.com. We reply within 21 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
